TAIslim Works BEST ... when YOU take it the RIGHT WAY!
The TAIslim “HOW TO” Manual for Dummies

TAIslim is an amazing product that will work on the great majority of the people who take it. But it only works if you take it CORRECTLY. And as easy as I believe this product is to take, here is what I have found is the absolute RIGHT WAY to follow the TAIslim Weight Loss Program and get maximum results quickly:
1) Put exactly TWO ounces of TAIslim in an EIGHT to TEN ounce glass of water. NOT by itself.
2) Drink it 5 to 10 minutes BEFORE you BEGIN to eat your meal, (not during the meal and certainly not
after or 30 minutes before, but 5 to 10 minutes before a meal)
3) You must take it with a small breakfast (You can’t just take it by itself or just w/juice, it needs to be
taken with some food...)
a. Eggs & Toast
b. A small bowl of Oatmeal (I use the Quaker Oatmeal packet w/Maple Brown Sugar, yum!)
4) You must take it with your LUNCH. You can’t skip the lunch portion & take it with dinner instead.
5) VERY IMPORTANT: You must drink your 64 ounces of water throughout the day, not all at once
and not 32 ounces in the morning and 32 ounces at night, but THROUGHOUT the day!
6) You can choose if you wish to take it with dinner. (the plan doesn’t require it but if you feel like you’re
still hungry at night you may want to try this at first)
7) NOTE: Typically, feelings of hunger are actually a sign that you’re dehydrated. If you feel like you’re
hungry, FIRST have a tall glass of water, wait at least 30 minutes, and then if you’re still hungry
have a healthy snack.
8) Try not to eat after 7 P.M. This will ensure the nocturnal release of growth hormones which will help
burn fat throughout the night. If you simply must have a snack make sure it is a protein snack
such as peanuts, cheese, hardboiled eggs or turkey breast or lean ham. Not Alcohol. Alcohol is in
fact full of a LOT of empty calories at night that will make it very difficult to lose the weight you
want.
9) You can’t eat junk food, sweets or drink alcohol and expect to lose weight. (There’s not a weight loss
product/plan on the planet that allows this.)
10) You need to do some kind of exercise for 30 minutes per day, even if it’s just walking. BUT... you’ll
want to take your TAIslim and eat BEFORE your workout. NOT AFTER. This is very
important as your body then uses the food you’ve just consumed to fuel the workout instead of
storing as body fat.
11) If you want to REALLY lose a LOT of weight quickly, follow what Rick Handel says is the
“Commando, Ninja Diet” or the “Phase I” diet that is on the TAIslim website. For the record, I
pretty much followed what Rick recommends, which is the “Phase II” plan, and I lost 51 lbs in
7 weeks. I simply watched what I ate, avoided fast food, pastries & alcohol during the weight
loss. The key to maintaining our weight loss is moderation. Just understand this... DURING
weight loss you MUST make adjustments in your habits that got you to where you are.
Following the suggestions outlined here will help to ensure rapid success on the TAIslim Weight Loss
program. I have to say, this is the most effective and easiest thing I have ever done in losing weight and
now I get the extreme pleasure of being able to easily KEEP the weight off and SO CAN YOU! So help
people know the RIGHT way to take the product. If you hear someone not having success, review what
they’re doing with them and help them realize they’re doing SOMETHING wrong. Find out what that is and
help them to adjust. You may wish to print this document and refer to it frequently.
As far as some of the WRONG things I’ve heard people say... Here’s what I heard:
- “I drink 1 ounce in the morning and 1 ounce at night” – WRONG
- “I drink 2 ounces in the morning by itself (no water) and 2 ounces at dinner” – WRONG
- “I don’t like breakfast so I take it at lunch and dinner” – WRONG
- “Dinner is my biggest meal so I skip it at lunch and take it with dinner” - WRONG
- “I’ve been taking 2 ounces 1 hour before breakfast and 1 hour before dinner” – WRONG
- “I put it in 8 ounces of water and drank it throughout my meal” – WRONG
- “I’ve done it all right but I’m having a couple of (alcoholic) drinks after dinner” - WRONG
- “I don’t have time to drink the water throughout the day so I’m drinking 32 ounces at
breakfast & 32 at dinner” – WRONG
- “I work out first and then take the TAIslim and eat because it’s burning pure fat” - WRONG
- “I hate exercising and drinking water, so I’m taking 2 ounces at Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner”
–wrong, Wrong, WRONG!
There was actually more than that. In fact one guy told me that he was cramping really bad at night. I found
out he wasn’t drinking any water and thus the fiber in TAIslim was dehydrating him. Another lady actually
asked me why she wasn’t losing weight. She eats fast food every day and fried chicken for dinner. Folks...
we must tell people the right way to drink the product & work the plan and they will have tremendous and
amazing results.
Perhaps you can add to this list when you hear about things people are doing to try to NOT do it the RIGHT
Way. But let’s do all we can to help people take it the RIGHT WAY!
