It is best to enroll people as Customers rather than just put them through your personal site by adding Address & Card, as Freelife Rewards those who are constantly enrolling with a Lead ie. Someone who just enrolled them selves on computer either as ME or Customer through generic Freelife site. We enrolled 8 Customers in Dec and received a Lead fr Victoria who bought 3 cases as a Customer. We are now connecting with that person re Product and Business - sent them brochures and DVDs .

Keep a record of points 5 times per month 6th/13th/20th/ 27th and 31st or last day. It helps each month gauge your progress and if it is slowing to search on Freelife web site which team leader is needing help or if increase in points.

We do this all the time as if on 13th it is behind we connect with leaders whose teams are slowing to get them on track in early part of mth as end of mth comes too quickly - the foundation for next mths progress is built this mth -no foundations laid this mth no chance of any progress next mth.

Always remember that as you progress up the Director Level you do require for a qualifying month Personally Enrolled Directors. I can remember an ME who worked hard to reach Director 4 but only had 1 Director. I were disappointed that I had not spotted this (To be a Director you must have 3 pers enrolled ME's or 5 cases of pers purchases =500pts) When you are Ambassador right through to Royal+ you need 3 Pers enrolled Directors Check this out on Compensation Plan Attached. Teach your team to check this on 28th of month. All D4 and above need to check their team then also as part of their support for up coming leaders.

LEADERSHIP TIPS

“When it comes to leading people, there is no problem that is unique to you.”
You could ask anyone with experience, and you would discover they have had to face the same issues, the same frustrations. So don’t feel sorry for yourself. That’s a waste of valuable time. Just make plans to make things better.

“A real leader spends his time fixing the problem instead of finding who to blame.”
What happens when you place blame is that you focus on the past. When you accept responsibility, you focus on this time forward—on the future. Until you accept total responsibility—no matter what—you won’t be able to put plans in place to accomplish your goals.

“Doing the right thing isn’t easy- in fact sometimes it’s real hard – but just remember that doing the right thing is always right.”
Confucius once said, “To know what is right and not do it is the worst cowardice.” But actually living the ‘do right rule’ is tough because it requires discipline, commitment and courage.

“So much of life is about attitude and how we handle what life throws our way. Life is good – even when a situation appears to be the worst.”
Stay positive and help make another’s life better!

YOUR BUCKET LIST from latest RACQ magazine- At PAC conference we were challenged about a BUCKET LIST .

When we're kids, we're always asked what we want to do when we grow up. As five-year-olds, we would make a never-ending manifesto of all the things we want to do in life: walk on the moon, speak nine languages, hike to the summit of Mt Everest, sing on Broadway, wrestle a crocodile ... nothing seemed impossible. Then, somewhere along the line, we stop being asked what we want to do when we grow up and the lists get forgotten, or pushed aside, or laughed at for their impracticality. But who's to say that we can't continue adding to (and gleefully achieving) our life lists until our dying day? Research says that you're more likely to achieve a goal if you write it down, and even more so if you articulate it to someone else. A Bucket List is one such list, where you can keep track of all the things you want to do before you meet your maker. Don't be afraid to aim high! It's amazing what you can achieve when you set your sights on a goal. No matter how ridiculous it may seem, every moment counts, so what have you got to lose?
